• Supporting Marketing and Personalization Acceleration capabilities
• Providing advisory services on complex platforms and projects
• Managing multiple projects
• Leading major initiatives and programs
• Advising on strategic execution
• Developing goals and plans
• Championing leaders’ vision for product and service delivery
• Providing direction and assistance to other teams
• Analyzing information and evaluating results
• Reviewing vendor proposals
• Generating accurate and timely results
• Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of operations
• Understanding and meeting the needs of key stakeholders
• Communicating concepts clearly and persuasively
• Supporting achievement of performance goals, budget goals, team goals
• Leveraging Mar-tech and generative AI capabilities
• Using data, analytics, and AI to create customer experiences
• Translating business needs into Martech and AI-driven capabilities
• Building and scaling personalization strategies

• 8+ years’ experience in strategy development, brand management, marketing strategy, or product management
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
• OR 12+ years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance
• Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• Lodging / hospitality industry experience preferred
