Job Responsibility:

  • Finishes Foreman on a multi level luxury residential development and associated retail precinct
  • Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
  • Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
  • Excellent build knowledge and people management
  • We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 year's proven experience as a Finishes Foreman in Tier 1 or large-scale commercial towers or residential apartments for a head contractor for Australia
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
  • Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
