Direct experience in financial reporting, external reporting, or a related field within the financial services industry
Experience with an external accounting or audit firm
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial statements and GAAP
Familiarity with SAP, Alteryx, or similar systems

Job Responsibility

Develop and analyze pro forma financials for the BNA future state, ensuring alignment with key reporting metrics such as product profitability, expenses, and affiliate governance
Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, working to ensure consistent and accurate financial data across all entities
Address standalone reporting requirements and verify data sources
Assist with general ledger and month-end close processes as needed
Support the development of new automation and technology initiatives, specifically within SAP and Alteryx
