Job Description:

High-Impact Finance Role: Drive Strategic Growth at a Global Cosmetic Firm. A global cosmetic firm seeks a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be a key partner in driving business success.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to strategic analysis and implementation
Support financial goal setting through insightful analysis
Lead P&L planning and budgeting processes
Contribute to cash flow management
Deliver actionable financial insights and reports
Support innovation and initiative analysis
Liaise with brands, finance, and global teams
Ensure financial integrity and compliance (Japan/US - GAAP, SOX)
Drive process improvement in financial reporting
Partner in annual budgeting and mid-term planning

Requirements:

8-10 years in accounting/finance (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus)
Fluency in Japanese and English
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage critical deliverables
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/ERP preferred)
Knowledge of strategy, management accounting, and corporate finance
