Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
Recognized professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA
Minimum of five years of leadership experience, ideally within a commercial or professional services environment
Experience directly supporting senior management
Strong understanding of partnership structures or professional services business models
Proficient in using major Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Proficient in advanced spreadsheet tools
Resilient and hands-on leader
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Capable of influencing strategy and navigating complex business requirements with a high degree of independence
