Job Description:

At Bosch, we focus on cutting-edge technologies and Industry 4.0. In our factory in Mirków, we design and produce solutions used by millions of vehicle users worldwide. This role involves cost center controlling, budget preparation, sales controlling, reporting, and tracking implementation of financial benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Responsibility for cost center controlling with a focus on the Logistics, R&D and Quality departments
Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, as well as monitoring their execution and analyzing deviations
Sales controlling for the entire plant, including the monitoring and coordination of transfer price adjustments
Monitoring of Net Working Capital (NWC) and cash flow performance
Regular reporting of key KPIs to both the central controlling unit and internal stakeholders at the plant level
Calculation of the financial benefits of ratio projects within your scope of responsibility and tracking their implementation in actual results.

Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field
specialization in Controlling is a strong advantage
At least 2 years of professional experience in a Controlling department, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as practical experience with IBM Planning Analytics and SAP CO module
familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment and within an international, matrix-structured organization
Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate complex tasks efficiently
A proactive and structured working style, with the ability to work independently
Clear, assertive, and stakeholder-oriented communication skills
Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a collaborative team setting
Openness to working in a virtual, international team setup.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with S/4HANA
Specialization in Controlling.
