Job Description:

Financial controller role responsible for taking an end-to-end perspective over the company's monthly/yearly reporting and improving processes for forecast, budget, and follow-up. Working in a project-based environment leading financials in project operations dimension and implementing new systems for Project and Portfolio planning.

Job Responsibility:

Lead development and ways of working for Budget, forecast and follow up of project portfolio
Lead the business towards optimal performance and coaching in financial decisions
Accountable for digital development, relevant tools, and secure transition from old to new system world
Combine qualified financial analysis with close dialogues and advise on the operation

Requirements:

University degree in Business administration or corresponding knowledge
Good knowledge of controlling, business analytics and reporting
Strong leadership experience – leading self and leading others
Good knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and regulations and financial follow up

Nice to have:

Experience from Plan View
Experience from implementing new financial accounting/PPM digital tools
