Financial Analyst

• Develop and implement budget procedures across multiple business units, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and revenues
• Assist departments in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial proposals, providing guidance on policies and procedures
• Review and analyze budget proposals and performance measures, offering recommendations for improvement
• Create and maintain budget-monitoring models and produce detailed financial reports, including dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, forecast results, and provide actionable recommendations
• Research and interpret financial performance, presenting findings through clear and concise reports and presentations
• Stay informed about current and proposed legislation impacting the industry and assess its implications
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes
• Monitor financial systems and data to ensure accuracy and detect errors, resolving discrepancies when necessary

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial systems, databases, and advanced spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and prepare detailed financial reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate financial programs and expenditures

Experience with NetSuite or similar financial tools is highly desirable
