Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial operations and provide in-depth performance analysis within the metallurgy industry. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in monitoring costs, analyzing production data, building forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including monthly management reports, profitability analysis, and annual financial statements
Develop financial models and dashboards to track KPIs, margins, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and analyze production costs to identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities
Conduct variance analysis between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results
Support the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Analyze production processes and efficiency metrics to identify trends and potential improvements
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
3-5 years proven experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cost analysis, and performance measurement
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Master's degree or CFA certification
