Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data and develop models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare variance analysis reports
• Assist in creating reports for senior management, highlighting financial trends and recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure spending aligns with company goals
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and provide competitive insights
• Partner with the accounting team to support month-end close and reconciliation activities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present findings effectively
