Job Responsibility

Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials
Develop and execute Test strategies and Plans
Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave
Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR)
Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases, APIs
