Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Intern to work closely with the Corporate Finance and Controlling teams, contributing to the accuracy, reliability, and ongoing improvement of managerial reporting processes and systems. The role is centered on increasing data transparency, enhancing the quality of reporting, and supporting the development of finance tools and operating models that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a partner to Corporate Finance and Controlling teams, supporting the correctness, consistency, and reliability of managerial reporting
  • Support the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems related to planning, reporting, and performance management
  • Participate in the analysis, standardization, and optimization of managerial reporting flows, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Ensure data visibility and transparency by supporting data quality checks, reconciliations and governance activities across finance systems
  • Collaborate with Controlling teams to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes and data structures
  • Provide ad hoc analysis, documentation, and reporting support to Corporate Finance and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in evolving, transformation-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Good organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity across multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
