Finance Transformation Communications Associate

• supports the preparation and writing of deliverables that go to leadership, Regulators, Committees, and the Board
• succinctly capture content in the approved templates capturing the message both comprehensively and succinctly geared to the audiences who will review and receive the documents
• ensure all comments provided are addressed by the appropriate people, following up with stakeholders as needed to close out open questions
• capture data on milestone progress from systems of record and closure documents, ensuring the “as of date” of documents matches the systems of record
• peer reviews content written
• partner with Communications leads on reaching out to stakeholders to review and approve content ensuring all approvals required are obtained and storing the approvals
• support the planning and scheduling of reviews and prep sessions with leadership, Regulatory Engagement and 2 and 3 LOD
• store the latest version of all deliverables in centralized SharePoint

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• strong oral communication skills
• relationship management skills to collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and leadership
• strong written communication skills – ability to succinctly capture messages and roll them up to the appropriate audience level
• strong organizational skills and project management skills
• strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• requires diplomacy skills to guide and influence others
• experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
• self-motivated
