Job Responsibility:
Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business
Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise
Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations
Requirements:
3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance
Proficient in English and Ukrainian
Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills
Excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams
Ability to effectively manage time to achieve ambitious goals
