Finance Rptg Sr. Analyst

• Ensure timely risk assessment and process deep dives of new and existing processes to reduce risk exposure
• Act as a key coordinator during ongoing internal audits by liaising between auditors and process teams to ensure efficient exchange of data and queries
• Stakeholder management through active communication with internal auditors and stakeholders within the Controllers organization
• Responsible for review of regulatory exam deliverables impacting Americas Controllers function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the end-to-end process to identify risks and management strategies
• Accountable for timely delivery of review programs for process deep dives
• Engage with Internal Audits Teams to support and develop audit planning, execution, and recommendation of actions/improvements
• Manage Internal Audit requests, ensuring they are met on time while escalating delays to senior stakeholders
• Partner audit teams and controllers to address audit issues with actionable plans and identify owners

• Experience in the identification of risk, evaluation of processes and documentation of process flows depicting corresponding controls
• In-depth knowledge of Audit process and hands on with report preparations for multiple levels & layers
• Understanding of Business Risks and Exposure
• CPA/CA/CIMA or any other equivalent master’s degree
• 6+ years relevant working experience in Audit, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Prior banking experience would be a plus
• Advanced English skills
