Finance Reporting Lead Analyst

• Quarterly and Semiannual review of regulatory schedules including timely submission of Reports to regulators
• Ensure accuracy of Reports through various review methods and liaise with the Regulators on behalf of Citigroup, Inc
• Produce metrics for Senior Management highlighting key issues and remediation status
• Maintain and enhance related operational and analytical procedures
• Ensure key controls are in place and both standardize and optimize processes globally
• Responsible for ensuring execution of project plans and key milestones as assigned
• Active leadership and representation of Statistic Team in working group sessions
• Identify process improvement efforts and coordinate and streamline control activities across business and functional lines
• Be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive approach to all control programs and developing a sound and robust control environment
• Perform key controls, review, and facilitate MCA testing
• Manage engagement with Internal and External Audit Parties, and Regulatory Entities for the reg. reporting supported processes
• Ensure timely follow up on issues identified and proper escalation to seniors as needed

• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
• Global Project Management experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
