Finance Manager

• Monitors financial performance of Projects (P&L, cash flow, actual vs budget etc.)
• Conducts preparation of regular monthly/quarterly/annually management accounts, Cashflows, Forecasts and other relevant reports
• Participates in project Budgeting preparation
• Participates in contract negotiations regarding financial issues
• Ensures accurate and timely recording of financial results according to local and IFRS standards
• Ensures timely closure of finance audit recommendations
• Responsible for compliance with Local Tax Authorities
• Deals with company's banks regarding accounts, payments, receipts and foreign currency transactions
• Participates in financial and tax due diligence for acquisition and disposal of projects
• Coordinates financial and administrative matters with local authorities
• Assists in labor and legal matters

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
• Master's Degree will be considered an asset
• At least 10 years in the relevant role
• Experience in managing people
• Financial reporting experience under IFRS
• Familiarity with key accounting judgements for engineering services businesses
• Accounting for long term projects
