Job Description:

Join our team as a Finance Manager to drive financial strategies in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for financial planning, budget management, and ensuring financial compliance while working with a mission-driven organization.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and prepare annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor income and expenditure, producing timely reports for headteachers and budget holders
Maintain high financial control standards and oversee all financial transactions
Generate and coordinate new income streams aligned with our mission
Prepare for annual audits and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS is desirable
Proven experience in finance and administrative management
Strong knowledge of financial planning and budget setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a team environment
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365
