Finance Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Lead / Finance Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations and build a strong financial backbone as we scale. You will own treasury, financial planning, and accounting oversight, working closely with founders, leadership, and external partners. Your mission is to bring structure, strategy, clarity, and reliability to our finances. You will own and drive all things Finance Operations at Again. As a VC-backed company transitioning into a more complex, asset-heavy and multi-entity organization, this role is a critical pillar in building a finance function that can scale with us. You will build and run the financial backbone of the company, partner closely with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting, and act as the source of truth for financial performance and runway at Again.
