Job Description:

Financial Director with strong experience managing federal grants—specifically SCSEP and TARC—and a sharp understanding of nonprofit financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee payroll to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time
Become familiar with all active accounts, including which are used for monthly recurring expenses
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of which banks hold which accounts, especially investment accounts and their signatories
Research and track all grants currently in place
Ensure full compliance with financial reporting requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing federal grants and nonprofit financial operations
Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing, and budget processes
Proficiency in utilizing business systems like Confluence, CRM, and Crystal Reports
Expertise in data analysis and mining techniques
Familiarity with capital management strategies
Ability to oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure compliance
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
