Job Description:

Lead the preparation of 12-month rolling forecasts, annual business plans, and financial and capacity models for the Support Organization. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variances, delivering insights to the Support Leadership Team. Manage financial reporting and analysis for designated functional areas, including monthly P&L, sales reports, expense reviews, time-activity analysis, KPI tracking, and risk/opportunity assessments for stakeholders. Support functional leaders in achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets by driving cost-saving initiatives within their respective areas.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the preparation of 12-month rolling forecasts, annual business plans, and financial and capacity models for the Support Organization
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variances, delivering insights to the Support Leadership Team
Manage financial reporting and analysis for designated functional areas, including monthly P&L, sales reports, expense reviews, time-activity analysis, KPI tracking, and risk/opportunity assessments for stakeholders
Support functional leaders in achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets by driving cost-saving initiatives within their respective areas

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Over 5 years of experience in financial controlling or similar finance-related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude—especially in handling ambiguity

Nice to have:

Familiarity with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) structure and functionality
Experience working in multicultural or diverse team environments
