Job Description:

Reporting to the Finance Director in Japan, this role will collaborate with the Japan team, APAC leadership, and the APAC Finance team to drive growth by monitoring results and advising on financial decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead financial planning and target setting, monitoring performance against strategic goals
Manage accurate and timely top-line forecasts and financial advice for business leaders
Oversee discount approvals, ad-hoc analyses, and expense management
Control P&L forecasts, CAPEX, and major marketing investments
Ensure efficient budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

Experience in Finance or Business Control
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience in forecasting and financial analysis
Agility in fast-changing, multinational environments with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
Focus on continuous improvement and optimization
Business-level English and Japanese proficiency
