Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Using Excel to manage and organise financial data like a pro
Supporting the Accounts Payable team and assisting in the preparation of financial reports
Handling day-to-day banking tasks, such as processing payments and reviewing transaction records
Recording and tracking expenses using Sage accounting software
Helping to maintain the Fixed Asset Register, keeping it up to date and accurate
Providing key financial information and administrative support to the wider finance team
Following internal processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally

Requirements:

A motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers
Strong Excel skills - you're comfortable with formulas and spreadsheets
Up to 1 - 2 year's experience in an accounts or finance-related role, or a relevant degree with internship/work placement experience
Clear and confident communication skills - both on the phone and via email
A proactive team player who's ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact
