Job Description:

Join our dynamic finance team as a Finance Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with our Finance Manager, who has been with the organisation for over 9 years! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Job Responsibility:

Updating project plans
Assisting with bank management
Maintaining master sheets
Providing secured revenue updates
Planning cashflow reports
Managing invoicing processes
Organising ICO agreements
Responding to information requests
Handling timesheets
Chasing debtors for payments
Creating process documents

Requirements:

8-10 years of finance experience
AAT Level 4 qualification
Experience with Vantage Point desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience with Vantage Point
