Job Description:

Join our Finance team as a working student and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment. We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant (40%) to join our Operational Finance and Risk Management team. In this role, you will support global financial reporting activities and contribute to maintaining accurate and well-structured financial data across our offices in Europe and North America.

Job Responsibility:

  • Compile and organize financial data from various internal and external sources
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify relevant financial information
  • Support the team with ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested
  • Contribute to ensuring transparency and consistency in financial reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1)
  • German (C1) is also required
  • Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and digital tools for document management
  • Professional Experience: Initial professional experience (up to 2 years) is a plus, ideally in a finance-related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
