Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
Processing invoices and support accounts payable/receivable
Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
Raising PO numbers
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
