Job Description:

The Finance Acctg Analyst I is a trainee professional role requiring a good knowledge of finance processes, procedures, and systems. The position involves preparing financial transactions, updating ledgers, consolidating statements, and adhering to controls. Candidates need a basic understanding of accounting principles and industry practices, with responsibilities focused on data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data
Preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes
Updating the general ledger
Recording financial transactions
Preparing consolidated financial statements
Adhere to key controls for accounting process within the process handled
Articulates own process along with its key controls
Provides evidence to support reasoning for the assigned area of work
Communicates with Legal Entity Managers on the status of the reconciliations/accounting performed
Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

Basic level experience in accounting management (combination of education/experience)
Advanced English Skills
0-2 years of experience in Accounting
Detailed Oriented
Excel knowledge
