Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain paper files to ensure easy access and proper categorization
Scan physical documents to create digital backups and support the department's digitization goals
Prepare documents for shredding in compliance with office policies and procedures
Handle file boxes and other materials, ensuring proper storage and retrieval
Lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds as part of file organization tasks
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support efficient file management
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and office demands
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all file-related tasks
Follow established guidelines and protocols for document handling and security
Requirements:
Previous experience in paper filing and document organization
Proficiency in scanning and digitizing documents
Familiarity with electronic filing systems or similar software
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
