Job Description:

Internship with the Fight Pass team, which manages UFC’s digital streaming platform, UFC FIGHT PASS, supporting content planning, platform operations, and coordination with production and marketing teams. This department plays a key role in delivering premium digital content to fans worldwide and supporting the growth of UFC’s owned media platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation and content support of UFC FIGHT PASS and other digital platforms
  • Support research and development of editorial calendars under team guidance
  • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining metadata for UFC FIGHT PASS, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Support social media growth initiatives by helping track performance, researching trends, and contributing ideas
  • Assist with distributing digital content across various platforms and channels

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or a similar discipline
  • Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
