Job Description:

Requirements:

High school diploma (12th grade)
0–2 years of professional experience in IT support or technical roles
Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Experience in diagnosing hardware and software issues
Experience supporting systems remotely
Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, and electromechanical equipment
Experience in ITIL-based service environments
Fluent in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level)
Driving license and willingness to travel
