Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Arrow sales teams in local branches across your assigned region in pre-and post-sales activities
  • Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA-based designs to promote demand creation
  • Work with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their design requirements at both a system and component level
  • Attend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs
  • Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products and help market these products to the appropriate customers
  • Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progress towards initiatives
  • Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel in assigned region
  • Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars
  • Prepare and give sales presentations to customers
  • Meet with customers both on-site and virtually
  • Works independently
  • receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Quickly build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and the Arrow sales team
  • Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Must have experience designing with FPGA's (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc…)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales experience is beneficial in this role
  • Altera experience

  • Processing intercompany invoices, cash allocation and reconciliation for intercompany accounts on a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with month end tasks, such as Balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis and reporting
  • Analysis of AR and AP open items, Goods Receipt Account, including monitoring and reconciling any old items
  • Resolving vendor and country queries
  • Develop relationships with global stakeholders
  • Ensuring the appropriate controls are in place so financial information is kept at the highest level of quality and integrity also regional processes are consistent across the world
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements, integration of new staff into the SSC, sharing of knowledge with SSC staff, global networking, be involved in the KPIs and drivers of the process
