The Field Supervisor oversees multiple remodeling crews in the field, manages day-to-day jobsite operations, and ensures every project is fully prepared with the right tools, materials, and manpower before work begins. This role is critical in preventing project delays, avoiding costly rework, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise multiple field crews across kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
Coach, mentor, and develop installers to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and teamwork
Address and resolve field team complaints, challenges, and performance issues
Motivate crews with a “get it done” mentality to drive projects to completion on schedule
Ensure all projects are fully prepared prior to start: tools, inventory, and products staged and ready
Verify jobsite cleanliness, safety protocols, and staging procedures daily
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets

Step in hands-on when necessary to keep projects moving forward
Coordinate with warehouse and project coordinators to ensure material deliveries and returns are accurate and timely
Conduct daily or weekly field readiness checks to confirm crews have what they need
Reduce rework and “go-backs” by catching potential issues early
Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and updates in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
Uphold strict quality standards for all installations
Conduct final punch walk-throughs before project handoff
Must be highly proficient and skilled at measuring for accurate orders to be placed
Oversee safety compliance for crews, ensuring all OSHA and company protocols are followed
Maintain a professional, respectful, and clean worksite at all times
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with well-rounded trade skills
Proven leadership or foreman experience managing multiple crews/projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control
Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound field decisions
Excellent communication skills with both crews and management
Proficient with project management/jobsite apps (Buildertrend)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
