Job Description:

Field Sales and Sampling Manager role for someone with a passion for food and health. Opportunity to join a dynamic team in a startup culture with career growth potential. Office based 1-2 days and field based 3-4 days in London and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibility:

Drive field sales and create demand in wholesale and convenience sector
Develop and implement compelling sales strategy
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Fulfil distribution, availability, and visibility targets
Maximise brand awareness and educate clients about new product opportunities
Work autonomously, managing own workload
Deliver weekly reports and detailed plans

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales environment
Must hold a UK driving license and own a car
Confident IT skills
Passion for brand and drive to succeed
Agility, flexibility, and understanding of startup needs

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the UK snacking sector or FMCG
