As a contractor, you will complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. Job Responsibility:

  • Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers
  • Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license
  • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation
  • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
