Job Responsibility:
Look after a group of customers and Care Assistants to ensure the absolute best care is delivered
Ensure customers are receiving the care and support they need and deserve
Conduct assessments and review service and customer satisfaction levels
Supervise a group of Care Assistants to ensure they are happy, managing shifts well, and delivering the Caremark standard of care
Work closely with the Care Manager and Care Co-ordinator to make service plans
Hold regular group and one-to-one meetings with your team
Requirements:
Experience in home care (e.g., as a Care Assistant)
Excellent supervision skills
Passion for home care and a want to further your career
