Job Description:

123NET is looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter to join our fiber team. The ideal candidate for the Fiber Placement Team Member position would be someone who has some fiber knowledge/experience, is interested in working outside with their hands, and is a team player. A Fiber Placement Crew Member position involves installing inner duct & fiber optic cable for delivering high-speed internet to commercial customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing inner duct & fiber optic cable for delivering high-speed internet to commercial customers
  • Operating and working around heavy machinery (Vermeer boring machines, excavators, jackhammers, masonry saws, etc.)
  • Working with a team of professionals to carry out the installation of the fiber optic cables by following plans approved by the city or county

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Willing to Work in All Weather Conditions
  • Knowledge of Fiber Recommended
  • 40-60 Hours/Week

Nice to have:

Chauffer’s License and/or Commercial Driver’s License are a Plus
