Feed Ingredient Technical Coordinator

• Manage daily operations of the Customer Cost Sheet / Ration Record System
• Conveys technical information concerning drug levels for programming the MWS to Sales/Service Representatives
• Responsible for daily management of customer Feed Ingredient pricing schedules
• Consults with feed yard & dairy customers and their nutritionist / veterinarians to determine correct feeding levels
• Provide and explain Feed Ingredient Master Formulas
• Coordinate & train other Feed Ingredient team members to review MWS Ration Print Outs
• Manage all micro ingredient product price changes for USA and Canada
• Review for accuracy the drug level changes made by the Micro Serviceman
• Manage & oversee Master Formula retention in Customer FDA Drug Files
• Review micro ingredient product pricing changes
• Analyze for accuracy the customer FDA Drug File and provide updates
• Oversee for accuracy all micro ingredient product Blue Bird labeling
• Develops and Maintains a Feed Ingredient Product Technical database
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in animal science, animal nutrition, agriculture, or related field is preferred
• Associate’s degree/Two years of college + Two (2) years of related work experience OR four (4) years of related work experience can be in place of a Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven customer service skills
• Knowledge of the livestock animal health industry is preferred
• Two plus years of administrative support, including experience in accounting is required
• High School diploma required
