Job Description:

Works with a team to solve technical issues across a broad range of technologies providing Cloud Services solutions for customers. Responsible for monitoring, managing and administering the health, capacity & performance of Cloud Services. Architects and develops tailored solutions through customer contact channels in a hybrid environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Solve technical issues across technologies (Servers, Storage, Network and SAN) providing Cloud Services solutions
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques and solution-oriented approaches
  • Take end-to-end ownership and communication of solutions
  • Monitor, manage and administer health, capacity & performance of Cloud Services
  • Architect and develop tailored solutions
  • Incident & problem resolution
  • Change, performance & capacity management
  • Customer Support and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Secret Clearance Required
  • Security Plus or higher Security Certification (CISSP, CASP, etc)
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, cloud services, and technical troubleshooting
  • Expertise in at least two of: Backup and Recovery Solutions (Cohesity, Zerto, VMware DRS), Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), Containerization and Orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker), Automation and Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), Virtualization Technologies (VMware vSAN, vSphere, ESXi, KVM), Cloud Management and Orchestration (Morpheus), IT Service Management (ServiceNow), Networking and Software-Defined Networking (Aruba NSX, Juniper QFX10k)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder with 6-8 years experience

  • Experience with storage solutions like Alletra MP
