Job Description:

A highly regarded legal practice is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career with a firm known for its strong reputation in private family law matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family matters, with a particular focus on complex financial remedy cases
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial arrangements
  • Supporting junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives within the department
  • Working closely with other senior solicitors and partners, handling sensitive and high-value matters

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
  • Proven track record in handling financial remedy cases, ideally within high-net-worth scenarios
  • Strong understanding of matrimonial law, asset division and court procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-centred approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
