Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing top-notch legal support in family law? A well established law firm is seeking a dedicated Family Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. Job Responsibility:

Assist in the management of family law cases, from client intake to resolution, under the supervision of experienced legal professionals
Contribute to the drafting of legal documents, conducting research, and preparing court filings to support our clients effectively
Engage with clients in a compassionate and professional manner, providing regular updates on case progress and maintaining positive working relationships

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a legal environment, ideally with a focus on family law
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficiency in legal research and the preparation of legal documentation
An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and ethical conduct

Nice to have:

Relevant legal qualifications or certifications
Additional training or courses in family law or related areas
Knowledge of legal software and systems
