Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The role will be primarily remote, but might have occasional travel to Kirkland. You will be supporting our attorneys in a range of legal tasks, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, preparing for trials and mediations, and maintaining attorney calendars.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting attorneys in handling family law cases through drafting pleadings and motions
  • Preparing for trials and mediations by organizing discovery responses and requests
  • Managing attorneys' calendars and docketing to ensure smooth workflow and timely handling of cases
  • Engaging in detail-oriented correspondence with clients and opposing counsel
  • Reviewing and organizing discovery to help attorneys prepare for trials and mediations
  • Managing e-Filing processes and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
  • Performing other tasks as assigned to support the legal team

Requirements:

  • 3+ YOE as a Family Law Paralegal
  • Experience working on cases in King or Snohomish County
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
