Our client is looking to bring on a Facilities Manager to oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and building maintenance. In this pivotal role, you'll drive efficient facility operations and improvements to ensure a safe and productive workspace for all employees.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee maintenance of office spaces, equipment, and building operations
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
Develop and enforce safety policies and emergency protocols
Plan and oversee facility budgets, including cost-saving initiatives
Coordinate office expansion or relocation projects as necessary
Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, 5+ years
Proficiency in building systems, safety standards, and vendor negotiations
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
