Job Responsibility:
Meeting Room and Event Services: Take ownership of the on-site meeting room and events services, ensuring that all meetings run seamlessly and exceed expectations
Record Management: Create, maintain, and archive regional facilities records to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible
Safety Champion: Serve as the safety champion for two sites, ensuring compliance with the record retention policy and safety policies
Financial Record Keeping: Create and maintain financial records, process invoices, and oversee stock records to support efficient financial management
Sales Record Compilation: Compile and process sales records and transactions to maintain up-to-date financial information
Stock Ordering and Management: Order supplies and maintain stock levels across two sites, ensuring that necessary resources are always available
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in using management systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
