Job Responsibility:
Process material requests and raise accurate purchase orders
Monitor and manage material stock levels
Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices
Assist in preparing quotations for small works projects
Follow up on outstanding credits and invoices
Maintain and update internal trackers and records
Requirements:
Highly organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail
Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle due to location of business
