Our client, a leading luxury high street brand, is seeking a talented Fabric Admin Assistant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support the Menswear Fabric Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the department and the production of seasonal fabrics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Menswear Fabric Manager, assisting with tasks from sourcing to production
  • Chase suppliers for key dates and tracking numbers, ensuring timely delivery
  • Input relevant correspondence and key critical dates from suppliers into departmental spreadsheets
  • Log in sampling fabrics, chase for technical details, and input them into the spreadsheet
  • Collect and distribute department post, ensuring effective communication within the team

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of critical pathways
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
