Job Description:

The F&B Supervisor will be part of the F&B Front department, responsible for supervising shifts, permanent staff, and extra staff. This role rotates between different outlets and banquets based on the shift schedule and ensures optimum service while meeting guest needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise shifts, permanent staff, and extra staff
  • Rotate between different outlets and banquets based on shift schedule
  • Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service
  • Support Department Managers in daily operations
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and safety
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
  • Serve as first point of contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the role
  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • HACCP certification
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
  • Ability to move up and down stairs and service ramps
