Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising a team of wait staff
  • Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work scheduled in line with legal requirements
  • On an on-going basis, control and analyse departmental costs
  • Experience in restaurants & ability to express your passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service
  • Dive into meaningful conversations with guests, sharing insights on Sicilian Cuisine, sustainability efforts, and our award-winning environmental initiatives
  • Knowledge of the Italian language will bring some serious flavour to the table
