Job Description:

Supervises daily Food and Beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. Maintains the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily Food and Beverage shift operations
Monitor compliance with F&B policies, standards and procedures
Maintain operating budget and verify legal obligations are followed
Manage day-to-day operations ensuring quality standards meet customer expectations
Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
Order F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
Support monthly self inspection program
Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems
Provide guidance and direction to subordinates including setting performance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Experience in managing daily F&B shift operations
Knowledge of F&B policies, standards and procedures
Ability to maintain operating budget and verify legal obligations are followed
Experience in supervising staffing levels and team management
Understanding of budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports

Nice to have:

Experience in luxury hotel environment
Knowledge of brand specific service culture
Ability to speak multiple languages
