Job Description:

The F&B And Event Service Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience to guests through efficient and thoughtful service during events. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, and maintaining clean and professional work areas.

Job Responsibility:

Set tables and event materials
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
