As a Wine Captain, you will elevate the dining journey by guiding guests through our wine selection, pairing wines thoughtfully with culinary offerings, and ensuring each service is seamless, engaging, and refined. You’ll take ownership of the wine program during service presenting selections with confidence, managing inventory, and training team members on wine knowledge. From setting up tables and coordinating with the kitchen to recommending vintages and assisting with banquet setups, you’ll ensure every guest interaction is memorable.
